The grapes are harvested by hand and immediately pressed, followed by cold settling of the must.
Subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature never exceeding 16° C. Rest on the lees for about 3 months with frequent batonages before going into the bottle. Aging in the bottle for about 2 months.
Features Grapes: Garganega 30%, Tuscan Trebbiano 60%, Incrocio Manzoni 10%.
Straw yellow with light greenish highlights. Intense, fine, elegant at the nose with hints of white flowers, green apple, peach, apricot, and tropical fruits.
Dry, savory, mineral and harmonious on the palate.
Excellent balance between the nasal and gustatory hints and the long aftertaste. The glass that cannot be missed at home!
