The User's Data is collected to allow the Controller to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect its rights and interests (or those of Users or third parties), identify possible malicious or fraudulent activities, as well as for the following purposes: Access to third-party accounts, Interaction with social networks and external platforms, Statistics, Payment management, and Platform and hosting services.

Facebook Permissions Required by this Application
This Application may request certain Facebook permissions that allow it to perform actions with the User's Facebook account and collect information, including Personal Data, from it. This service allows this Application to connect with the User's account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc.

 Payment Management
Unless otherwise specified, this Application processes all credit card payments, bank transfers, or other means through external payment service providers. In general, and unless otherwise stated, Users are requested to provide payment details and personal information directly to these payment service providers. This Application is not involved in collecting and processing such information: it will instead only receive a notification from the payment service provider in question about the completed payment.

 Interaction with Social Networks and External Platforms
These types of services allow interactions with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of this Application. The interactions and information acquired by this Application are in any case subject to the User's privacy settings for each social network. This type of service might still collect traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it. It is recommended to log out from the respective services to ensure that the data processed on this Application is not linked to the User's profile.

X button and social widgets are services that allow interaction with the X social network provided by X Corp. Personal Data processed: Usage Data; Tracking Tools.

 Platform and Hosting Services
These services have the purpose of hosting and running key components of this Application, making it possible to deliver this Application from a single platform. These platforms provide the Controller with a wide range of tools such as analytics, user registration management, comment management, database management, e-commerce, payment processing, etc. The use of such tools involves the collection and processing of Personal Data. Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the exact location where Personal Data is stored.
 Shopify (Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd)
Shopify is a platform provided by Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd that allows the Controller to develop, operate, and host an e-commerce website. Personal Data processed: Tracking Tools.

The services contained in this section enable the Data Controller to monitor and analyze traffic data and track User behavior.
 Google Analytics (Universal Analytics) (Google LLC)
Google Analytics (Universal Analytics) is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, compile reports, and share them with other Google services.  Legal Basis for Processing
The Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions exists:
The User has given consent for one or more specific purposes;
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User and/or for pre-contractual measures;
Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller;
Processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Controller or third parties.
It is always possible to request the Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing and in particular to specify whether the processing is based on law, provided for by a contract, or necessary to conclude a contract.
 Additional Information on Retention Time
Unless otherwise specified in this document, Personal Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purpose for which it was collected and may be stored for a longer period due to legal obligations or based on Users' consent.
Therefore:
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interests of the Controller will be retained until such interests are satisfied. Users can obtain further information about the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller.
When processing is based on User consent, the Controller may keep Personal Data longer until such consent is revoked. Additionally, the Controller might be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period to comply with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the expiration of such term the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to data portability cannot be exercised.

Users have the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for the transfer of Data abroad including to any international organization governed by international law or set up by two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as regarding the security measures adopted by the Controller to protect their Data.

When Personal Data is processed for a public interest, in the exercise of an official authority vested in the Controller or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, Users may object to such processing by providing a ground related to their particular situation.
Users are reminded that, should their Data be processed for direct marketing purposes, they can object to that processing at any time without providing any justification. If Users object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the Personal Data will no longer be processed for these purposes.  How to Exercise Rights
Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Controller through the contact information provided in this document. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed by the Controller as early as possible and in any case within one month, providing the User with all information required by law. Any rectifications, deletions or limitations of processing will be communicated by the Controller to each recipient, if any, to whom the Personal Data has been transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. The Controller informs the User about those recipients if the User requests it.

 Legal Defense
The User's Personal Data may be used by the Controller in legal proceedings or in the preparatory stages for their possible establishment for defense against misuse of this Application or related Services by the User. The User declares awareness that the Controller may be required to disclose Data by order of public authorities.

Upon User request, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information regarding specific Services, or the collection and processing of Personal Data.
