Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

The average age of the vines is about 40 years with the traditional Pergola Veronese training system. 

Harvesting is done by hand in 5/6 kg plateaux. Once in the fruttaio the grapes rest for 120 days with a weight loss of up to 35/40%.
